Therapy

A lil vent explanation as to why I don't wanna go to therapy anymore, which I've been through my whole life, and I still don't see it helping me in these situations.  I cannot even afford therapy at this time, maybe later in the future I'll go back to it, but I literally have nothing to say to my therapist. 

Also... Irony, a few days after putting these feelings out, I felt as if there were some things I didn't process or talk to my therapist, so I guess I have just a little enough to talk to my therapist about.
